Ladies,

Join us this Tuesday for our weekly group walk in one of our Parks.

WHEN: Tuesday, June 10 at 9:30 am

WHERE: Park and meet at Mt. Douglas Park main beachside parking lot. We will walk the beach side trails and the lower level Mt. side trails.

CARPOOLING: from Commonwealth Rec Centre (back parking lot area) to leave by 9:15 am

COFFEE: plan for group coffee after the walk.
