What is Urban Adventures?

Urban Adventures is a summer day camp for kids going into grades 1-7 (as of Sept '26). It's based on the traditional model of a Daily Vacation Bible School, just better! In the morning, our camp program includes Chapel (skits, live music, message), special snacks, crafts, story time, and gym games. In the afternoon, the kids go on an epic Urban Adventure! (ex. Bus Trip to Butterfly Gardens, Gyro Beach, Crystal Pool, Waterpark etc.).

This summer's special theme is: "Illumination Station"

Shine bright in a dark world! While many people claim to know about Jesus, many are in the dark about who He really is. During VBS kids will explore all the ways light brightens, illuminates, reflects, and reveals.

Dates:  July 20-24, 2026

Cost:

  • Half Day (9am - noon): $75
  • Full Day (9am - 4pm): $150
  • Extended drop off and pick up times to accommodate work schedules
    • (drop-off/registration 7:30 - 9am; pick up 4-5pm)

***Late registrations may result in the following: no space at camp, no camp t-shirt available, unable to be assigned same group as friends***

FOOD DONATIONS:

Please see the food donations pdf at the bottom of the page. Sign up on Sundays in the church lobby or contact the office during the week. Non-perishable donations can be brought in any time. Perishable donations should be purchased the week before camp and brought in on July 20.
